Capoeira Film Festival 

11-13 January 2008, Amsterdam

This festival will focus 3 days on films related to Capoeira. Each day with a different theme:

The Capoeira Film Festival was founded in 2007 by A. Amandio Coelho (Totti Angola) & Carlos Sabelis (Nariz) in the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Conceived to educate the public on the art of Capoeira, other African related dances, martial arts and rituals through an annual celebration of film, documentary, photography  and open discussions.

The Festival’s mission is to preserve and promote Capoeira and other related arts, allowing their popularity to reach the broadest possible audience.
